All the weddings that I photograph are special to me, but this one will top them all. My little brother got married to the love of his life, and she is absolutely perfect for him! 1. I love Daniel & Hailey so much. 2. It was the best day. 3. I feel old.

Hailey asked me to be both bridesmaid and photographer, and I feel so honored, but I knew I couldn’t do it by myself. My best friend Aleece had my back the entire day, and I couldn’t have done it without her. Their day was beautiful, and even though I was doing two jobs, it went so smoothly, and we had the best day.

Hailey didn’t miss a single detail, and everything was stunning. Her colors palette was so well-curated, and everything complemented one another. The soft blues, nudes, and greenery were beautifully paired. We were a little worried about the weather, but God allowed for a wonderfully sunny day that (thank goodness) was not too hot for August in South Carolina. We found a lovely park for portraits, that was the perfect spot for their first look.

These two are so loved. The reason these two are so loved is that they both love people so well and so hard. People came from all over the world to celebrate with them. I mean, all over. Hailey’s maid of honor, Tiffany, flew in from Guam to celebrate with and love on her best friend. So many beautiful people are dedicated to supporting and loving Daniel and Hailey, and I am honored to share a lot of those people with them.

Daniel and Hailey are honeymooning in California right now, and I’m going to guess they are exploring the gorgeous views, drinking lots of coffee and overall taking it easy.

Photographing my brother’s wedding is something that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I’m so thankful for Daniel and Hailey, their love and their beautiful wedding. Enjoy some of my favorites from their special day!
