What a beautiful day celebrating Grant and Alissa at their wedding in the DMV where the traffic and GPS cannot be trusted. They were married at the Argyle Country Club—an beautiful golf course and country club surrounded by rolling greens and classic charm.

I first met Alissa through a friend, and we hit it off right away. From the very beginning, I knew this was going to be a special one. It was such an honor to be her photographer and walk with her through such a meaningful season.

We had a little bit of rain early on, but the skies cleared just in time and the weather turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Their bridal party brought so much joy and energy to the day—fun, supportive, and completely in tune with the couple. You could feel the love between both families, and there was such a strong sense of connection and celebration throughout.

One of the best surprises of the night? The Hokie Bird made a special appearance to kick off the party—such a fun nod to their Virginia Tech roots and a moment their guests won’t soon forget.
